As our Merchandise Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and margin performance on our website. Your expertise in e-commerce best practices and customer-centric strategies will be crucial in enhancing the customer journey and driving conversion rates.

To be successful you will be commercially astute, with the ability to interpret data to make decisions on how to drive ecommerce sales and identify ways to improve the customer journey, shopping experience and drive conversion ensuring that customers needs are being met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate and optimize style options within budget parameters
- Collaborate with buyers on season strategies and future investments based on past performance reviews
- Develop and manage inventory plans, including Open to Buy plans and markdown strategies
- Lead comprehensive reviews of collection performance on various timelines
- Analyze past product performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure accurate size profiles and quantities for SKUs
- Cultivate collaborative partnerships and effective communication within the team

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong leadership and clear communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a knack for quick learning
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and adept at working under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical skills for informed decision-making
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and a calculated risk-taking approach
- Financial acumen impacting business performance
- Innovative mindset, translating insights into actionable strategies

**Experience**:

- 5+ years in Merchandise Planning roles with previous management experience
- Degree preferred; relevant work experience considered
- Preference for e-commerce planning experience, especially within fashion
- Proficiency in merchandising systems and quantitative skills in Retail, Supply Chain Management, or Finance
