**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our buyers to curate the hottest styles within budget constraints
- Work closely with the team to develop season strategies that set the trends
- Craft inventory plans that keep our shelves stocked and our customers happy
- Dive deep into past performance data to uncover growth opportunities
- Ensure our product offerings match our customers' needs, down to the perfect size

**Experience**:

- A track record of leadership
- Degree preferred, but if you've got the skills and experience, we want to hear from you
- E-commerce planning experience is a plus - show us your online shopping smarts

- Knowledge of merchandising systems - let's talk tech
