You will be responsible for the sales and margin performance of the website through strong campaigns, e-commerce best practices and customer experience.

To be successful you will be commercially astute, with the ability to interpret data to make decisions on how to drive ecommerce sales and identify ways to improve the customer journey, shopping experience and drive conversion ensuring that customers needs are being met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate preseason parameters regarding budget spend for style options while optimizing flow and inventory turn
- Work closely with buyers on season strategy incorporating reviews of past category/concept performance, agreement on investment for the future
- Build, maintain, and regularly adjust Open to Buy inventory and sales plans
- Create and manage markdown strategies that maximize profit and inventory liquidation
- Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal reviews of the collections performance
- Lead analysis of product past performance data and identify missed opportunities
- Create and update size profiles for new and replenishment SKUs and ensure size quantities are correct
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships and communicate effectively with team members

- Demonstrate smart risk taking and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Demonstrate financial acumen - understand what drives the bottom line. Understand what actions can be taken to impact it
- Establish Plans - Utilize business strategies to develop realistic plans and drive to execution. Ability to turn your analysis into action.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience working as a Merchandise Planner
- Previous management/leadership experience
- Completed degree with emphasis on quantitative skills in Retail, Supply Chain Management or Finance preferred. In the absence of a degree, additional and relevant work experience must be demonstrated
- E-Commerce planning experience preferred
- Experience working in a fashion/branded environment preferred
- Knowledge and experience with merchandising systems
