**Job Overview**:
This position involves data capturing, knowledge of logistic tracking systems, e-commerce system updates, electronic scanning, and client liaison. Other duties will also be delegated by Management which will form part of the job description.

The above tasks are all vital to the day-to-day operations of the company

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Following up on all pending enquiries
- Problem-solving of system failures.
- Client liaison regarding all custom tax payments (Import VAT & Duties)

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Computer literate
- Customer service experience beneficial
- Matric Certificate
- Data entry experience beneficial
- Reside in surrounding areas allowing a short distance of travel to get to work.
- Well-spoken and fluent in English
- Basic understanding of imports
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem Solving Skills

Ability to commute/relocate:
