Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate and oversee communication with students and stakeholders.
- Assist with enrollment processes and provide support throughout the student registration journey.
- Maintain and update the database of prospective and current students.
- Help identify sales opportunities and actively participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Prepare and distribute reports, schedules, and other necessary documentation.
- Handle enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient processes and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to improving administrative and sales processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience working in a higher education institution, college, or similar environment.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Sales experience or a strong interest in supporting sales functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A customer-focused approach with problem-solving capabilities.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
