About the Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the store team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the achievement of sales targets. Your responsibilities include providing leadership, overseeing store operations, and fostering a positive, results-driven environment where both employees and customers feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by fostering a customer-first approach.
- Support the team’s development through coaching, training, and feedback.
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and effective problem-solving.
- Drive operational excellence and maintain organisational standards.

**Requirements**:

- Matric certificate (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Previous experience in retail is essential.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive in learning and supporting team development.
