**Job Description
- Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Integrate industry engineering best practices into learning delivery system at ESTC.
- Implementation and coordination of continuous evaluation in engineering skills training.
- Design new training programmes to meet organisational needs
- Coordinate and schedule training capacity in support of engineering training strategy.
- Report progress against predetermined targets.
- Implement Marketing strategy.
- Conduct specialized courses.
- Projects implementation.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant legislations applicable to specific trades including but not limited to the SDA, SDLA, FETCA, OHSA, SAQA, QCTO, LRA, BCEA, EE, DHET.
- The time frame of work is 3 years.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum NQF Level 5 OD ETDP
- Higher Certificate. NQF 6 Diploma in OD ETDP will be advantageous.
- Engineering Trade Certificate.
- Snr Foreman /Engineering Specialist Certificate will be advantageous.
- Assessor and Moderator Certificate

**Experience**:

- 5 years engineering SME experience, including 1 year supervisory experience and 2 years HRD Experience/Foreman experience. Advantageous: Projects experience.
