We're on the hunt for talented individuals to join our Marketing Learnership program and represent our brand in retail stores across various regions

As a Marketing Learner, you'll embark on an exciting journey, learning the ins and outs of paint, surface preparation, and product recommendations. You'll master the art of merchandising execution, relationship building, and professionalism, while honing your skills in demonstrations, engagement, and event support.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Aged 26 or younger
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or brand promotion (a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and goal-oriented with a passion for customer engagement
- Team player with a commitment to representing our brand with integrity
