our client, a family owned wine estate based in the helderberg, is looking to appoint a skilled individual who is able to manage the global sales function.

you will maximize revenue through developing sales strategies that match, and then exceed, revenue targets both locally and internationally for wine & olive oil.


priorities:
- develop sales strategies/campaigns and align sales pipelines to ensure revenue is increased per quarter in the sales team both locally and internationally as per agreed targets for wine and olive oil.
- research and develop new markets internationally and successfully negotiate trade deals.
- oversee the management of all key accounts and develop meaningful relationships to leverage increased revenue
- develop, coach and manage sales and sales related staff in order to leverage optimum performance through constant reaching of set sales targets both locally and internationally.
- compile and present meaningful sales reports monthly that influence key decision makers in the business including relevant market research.
