**Real Estate Agent**

We are expanding and looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
- This is a 50-50% commission Basis position
- Incentives on Targets

**Duties**:

- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing / selling property for the right price under the best terms
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, home loans / bond originators, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair, open and honest process
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Arrange viewings to efficiently market property to possible buyers as well as arrange show house days to maximise property exposure
- Prepare necessary paperwork
- Assist company at property auctions
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate and liaise with appraisers, lenders and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, banks, bond originators, municipal departments and contractors.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about local real estate markets and best practices

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent, either as selling or rental agent
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- Must be in possession of a valid FFC certificate

Preference will be given to fully qualified NQF4 Agents.

NB - You will need your own roadworthy vehicle, a valid driver’s license, cell phone, laptop and working and stable internet connection.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R1,000.00 - R10,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
