**Senior, Customer Sales Manager**

Join the exciting & dynamic design world, helping interior designers and architects achieve their dream spaces with our products.

Arkivio is looking for a customer sales manager to oversee incoming sales, nurture existing customer relationships and help us grow future leads in the international market. Our client communication takes place from the Arkivio design office as we work with clients from all around SA and overseas.
**PS**: This is not a traditional sales role as all our leads are incoming and as a luxury brand we don't hard sell to new customers, locally and internationally.

In the last 10 years we've innovated on our customer service and grown our factories ability to become one of the leaders in made-to-order mirrors & lighting in South Africa. Working with more than 400 of the top interior designers in the country and internationally, we take our collection of products from design concept to completion from our Arkivio design office and factory in the heart of Durban to the rest of the world.

**Roles**:
**Incoming sales**:
**Workshop Comms -** A sharp attention to detail is needed to ensure all orders are input correctly into our Arkivio ERP system. The ability to work directly alongside our factory means the orders can be monitored and in time updates can be given to our trade partners allowing for exceptional customer service.

**Nurture Existing Customer Relationships**:

- Actively scheduling customer mailers in conjunction with inhouse product experts, working with the design team to schedule social media posts and using feedback from our trade partners to better improve our sales journey.

**Growing future leads in the International Market**:

- Doing research into possible new trade partners in the US and middle East. Reaching out to new customers to introduce Arkivio and our product collections. Following up leads from international furniture fairs that we attend.

**Percentage of Daily Tasks**

**Client Quoting process 50% **Answering queries, gathering needed information, preparing and sending quotes.

**Order Processing 5%** Add orders to the ERP.

**Order management 5%** Manage any issues with orders.
