**Requirements**:

- B degree or BTech degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years

in a senior position.
- Working knowledge of transport technology
- Working Maintenance management of fleet
- Code B drivers License

Key Performance Areas
- Manage and determine optimal life cycle for all Fleet assets

(Vehicles and Plant)
- Provide Fleet to the Energy Directorate and ensure a

roadworthy safe and fit for purpose Fleet, in compliance to

RTA, RTQS, OHSA, IDP, GAMAP and other

Corporate Legislative guidelines
- Manage the insurance Fleet
- Ensure that Fleet is maintained, operated and repaired

efficiently and effectively
- Manage and Control Fleet Budgets
- Manage fleet rental recoveries
- Perform and execute pro-active scheduling and maintenance

to ensure maximum availability of the Fleet
- Manage customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Plan, manage and implement the development of Projects
- Manage and Administer contracts within the business area
