Corporate Receptionist

A company is seeking a highly professional and experienced Receptionist to work for their corporate company in Cape Town. This is a 6-month contract position, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages and provide basic information to callers
- Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and tidy
- Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing mails
- Book meeting rooms and set up conference calls as required
- Liaise with internal staff members to arrange meetings and appointments
- Manage and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain and update the company's filing system and database
- Ensure that office supplies are ordered and maintained
- Assist with general administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is essential
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners
