**WHAT YOUR ROLE IS**:
As an Implementations Manager, you will lead one of Boldr’s Implementations Teams, designing and implementing solutions to optimize the quality of each Client’s existing processes and systems.

In addition, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders through clear and consistent communication, regular reporting of project progress, and effective consultation services. You will also act as the interim manager in the absence of the Implementations Manager.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
Stakeholder Onboarding and Consulting
- Kick off new business implementations and facilitate all client communications throughout the implementation phase.
- Create, execute, and revise Project Plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Take point in performing staffing, process, and systems audit, and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Lead all necessary handover sessions and post-implementation reviews for a smooth transition of operations to the Service Delivery management team.
- Build templates and frameworks for executing solutions-related deliverables, and act as a consultant for process and tech optimization across Boldr’s new and existing client base.

Team Management and Performance Development
- Understand and act on the needs of each team member to ensure they’re happy, healthy, and satisfied.
- Regularly monitor and manage team performance, attendance, and workload.
- Identify growth and development opportunities for team members to enable career progression and self-development.
- Provide timely feedback to team members through regular coaching and Performance Appraisals.
- Help in culture building particularly in embracing our Core Values and exemplifying what a Boldr leader should be.
- Act as a resource person for the team's professional development training.
- Provide management support and act as interim Sr. Implementations Manager as needed.

**Project Management**:

- Developing and maintaining a structured project management process for running new business implementations and projects.
- Ensure that all processes are implemented and executed in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with client specifications and quality requirements.
- Review and sign off on project quotes, implementation plans, and project summaries.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations based on lessons learned.
- Identify both successful and unsuccessful project elements and establish best practices for project execution and quality control.

**Requirements**:
YOU HAVE
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field you’re passionate about.
- At least 2 years of experience in project-tracking and management.
- An experience or knowledge on project management tools.
- Familiarity on any Helpdesk, CRM, and/or business intelligence software.
- An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to clients and colleagues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong interest in learning customer experience as a domain expertise.
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind.
