Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Hindi speaking Contact Centre Associate** in **South Africa (Remote)** will include:

- Non-Technical Troubleshooting Agent
- Issue management
- Resolve simpler non-technical issues for consumers, partners, clients or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures
- May be required to use judgement in defining solutions, adapt existing process and methods to craft alternate solutions, or escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution
- Query management
- Accountable for closing customer inquiries regarding products/services, customer’s accounts and provide additional clarifications as requested by customers

Requirements for this **Hindi speaking Contact Centre Associate job** in **South Africa (Remote)**:

- Must be fluent in **Hindi** and English
- Permanent residence permit or South African ID holders only
- Minimum relevant experience of at least 6 months
- Superior language and customer service mindset
