The South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) is the leading independent provider of education in psychology, counselling and coaching, offering accredited undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications.

SACAP is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Learning and Teaching Coordinator to represent the Institutional Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Department. The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Learning and Teaching Coordinator will provide effective learning and teaching support for the WIL Department.

The individual will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing various administrative aspects and will be tasked with overseeing the contracting and invoicing processes for all WIL supervisors and educators. The WIL LTC will also function as a general liaison for the WIL educator and supervisor faculty. This position requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Management of all WIL supervisor contracts and invoices.
- Management and Support of WIL supervisors
- Manage Supervisor Invoicing and Payments
- Manage Stakeholder Communication
- Custodianship of Contracts and MOUs
- Oversight of WIL Administrative Tasks

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a similar degree
- At least 3-years of previous experience in program administration or coordination within Higher Education
- Proven experience in contract management and administration.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant industry practices and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Technologically savvy with strong digital literacy skills

- Strong administrative and organisational skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Prioritize tasks and allocate time effectively.

**Operating Hours**

This is a full-time position operating from Mondays to Fridays*:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30am - 17:00pm

Friday: 08:30am - 16:00pm
