Kenvue, is currently recruiting for**:Laboratory Analyst.** This position reports into QC Labs Lead and is based at East London.

**What will you do**

The Lab Analyst is responsible for Analytical Testing in Quality Control Laboratory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Testing of all incoming raw materials and finished products as per applicable test methods.
- Ensure all incoming raw materials and finished products are released on time
- Conduct laboratory Investigation in accordance with specified SOP’s and method specifications
- Assist with stability and validation testing when required.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment are calibrated as per procedure
- Support the lab with purchasing of lab consumables
- Verification of Primary and Secondary standards
- Conduct equipment verifications as per schedule
- Adherence to Environment, Health & Safety requirements
- Participate Quality and Continuous Improvement projects.

**Qualifications**:

**Required Qualifications**
- National Diploma /BSC in Chemistry, 2 years working experience in the Analytica laboratory.

**Desired Qualifications**
- National Diploma Analytical Chemistry /BSC in Chemistry
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and presentation skills including design and use of visual aids

- Must have understanding and experience in the Analytical environment.
- Experience in HPLC and TOC operation would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of stability requirement would be an advantage.
- Experience in updating standard operation procedures would an advantage
