**Opportunity Available Our well known client in the FMCG Sector is looking to employ a Laboratory Analyst to join their dynamic team in East London.**

***
- **Compile recipes and formulations and specifications.**
***:

- **Maintain all documents**
***:

- **Fetch samples from tanks, factory filling and crating to conduct laboratory tests; flow bins**
***:

- **Ensure internal and external samples and swabs are tested in-house and externally by an accredited laboratory for verification**
***:

- **Compile monthly sampling/testing**
***:

- **Ensure that there is a system whereby the release or blocking of the finished product is in place**
***:

- **Ensure that there is sufficient samples taken for Chemistry analysis; Microbiological analysis; Sensory analysis as well as Keeping Quality Samples (Laboratory Keeping Quality Fridge)**
***:

- **Perform Chemistry analysis on Raw product Samples: BF, Protein, Lactose, SNF, FDA, Density, Acidity, pH, Phosphatase, Alizarol**
***

**Job Requirements**:
***
- **Post matric 3year qualification in microbiology, chemistry, or food technology**
***:

- **At least 2years experience in food or beverage environment in laboratory**
***:

- **Ability to run the foods safety system**
***:

- **Must have attention to detail**
***:

- **Ability to communicate with others**
***
