**Organisational Context**:
The Strategy Execution Team is tasked with assisting the Executive Committee (EXCO) to identify strategic aspirations and objectives, to document these in an actionable balanced scorecard and strategy map, including strategic measures and targets as well as initiatives to achieve these, and to aid the organisation in executing the identified initiatives in order to achieve strategic objectives. This involves working with executives and initiative or project teams to ensure ongoing alignment and relevance of work undertaken to the overall strategy and to provide visibility and oversight, ensuring the EXCO is informed of progress and outcomes throughout the process.

As one of the two Strategy Execution Administrators, you will assist the Head of Strategy Execution in accomplishing this mission across three main areas:

- Advising and guiding executives on the population and intent of components of the strategic scorecard,
- Assisting execution teams in planning the work to be done (i.e., initiatives or projects, etc.) and
- Assisting to enable the ingress of measurement (progress and outcomes) data and assisting to present this data to stakeholders by means of reports, dashboards, etc.

**What we will expect you to do**:
This role will require that you assist business leaders and the Head of Strategy Execution, to capture, document and validate the outcomes of these workshops, using MS PowerPoint/MS Word/MS Excel, etc.). These outcomes will include identified objectives and initiatives, cascaded Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and decision matrices, etc.
- Note: While you will need to develop good capabilities across all aspects of the strategy execution paradigm, as your unique skills and aptitude emerge, you may gravitate toward higher proficiency in one or two areas specifically, in time and if you wish.**Key Role and Responsibilities**:

- Organise and schedule appointments/team meetings
- Manage team outlook diaries
- Plan meetings and take/capture detailed minutes
- Assist with ad hoc project requirements as and when required
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled analytics and reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Book travel arrangements as and when required
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Plan office events as and when required
- Assist with any other administrative-type task requests Knowledge, skills and attributes:

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers etc.
- Eagerness to learn and to explore “disruptive” ideas and global business trends. _Be prepared to venture into exciting and uncharted waters _
- A willingness to be a part of Dimension Data’s growth and transformation, and to enjoy exposure to senior executive leadership, while gaining valuable insight into the MEA business.
- Eagerness to learn and to stay informed of global business trends and the broader strategic landscape
- A basic understanding (or willingness to gain a basic understanding) of business intelligence (BI) practices and data management principles will be highly advantageous. You must be able to simplify large amounts of data into easily digestible, presentable (e.g. graphical) information

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Any industry certification or post-graduate qualification related to management, governance or strategy would be highly advantageous, but is not a definite requirement. _(E.g. ITIL Foundation or Practitioner, PDM/MAP (Wits), PDBA (Gibs), COBIT5 or Agile Project Management, etc.)_
