Provide complex advice and support in facilitating long term strategy development.

**Job Description**:
Business Development: Conduct and facilitate strategic and market analytics to drive out customer and business insights. Extract key intelligence to present to the Management on a monthly basis to support their strategy definition and tactical change decision making. | Business Strategies and Planning: To facilitate and develop targeted segment specific strategies | Research: Investigate and embark on a continuous market scanning to identify and stay abreast of market trends and activities to inform opportunities for new or enhanced products and services | Stakeholder Management: Develop relationships with business leadership, and ensure that business improvement recommendations are monitored and sustained. | : | : | : |:
Strategic Planning:

- Define the strategic objectivesfor business at a granular level and cascade to all levels.
- Convert the strategic objectives into an actionable plan, that is linked to an integrated roadmap with clear value drivers and levers working with relevant business transformation capabilities
- Evaluate prioritised initiatives ensuring, dependencies are clearly articulated and managed proactively
- Ensure the strategy and roadmap is crafted in a collaborative and iterative way, with continuous evaluation

Business Planning:

- Ensure that KPI metrics are included in the strategic plan
- Collaborate with business Finance to complete budget and forecasts

Support the executive team and Finance on annual business planning

Value Management
- Drive a deep understanding of what drives value across all executive levels in business
- Select and implement standard approach to articulating value, underpinned by the value framework and model (templates)
- Ensure corrective actions are developed when benefits are not fully realised
- Encourage a closed loop between value realisation and strategic planning
- Create and embed a tracking and monitoring approach to realise value, and adoption of the frameworks and models
- Strategic Reporting
- Gather clear reporting requirements (timelines, key trends, outcomes and KPIs) and build or provide input into the strategic reports for strategic forums that include progress against the strategy
- Leverage data and analytics tools
- Liaise and assist the business units within channel on strategic reporting (collating and creating reports)

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
