- Key Performance AreasOperationalise the monitoring, assessment and reporting on the service delivery of the CSC to the department in terms of the CSC-service level agreement; Operationalise and facilitate the periodic internal review of the CSC-service level agreement to ensure that the department’s service delivery requirements are met; Operationalise the departmental operational service delivery obligations as required by the CSC - service level agreement (SLA); Coordinate the departmental operational service delivery obligations as required in the CSC service level agreement;** **People Management.
- Competencies**Knowledge of the following**:Monitoring and evaluation methods, tools and techniques; Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources; Principles and processes for providing customer and personnel services, including needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction; Project management; Legislative and regulatory requirements, policies and standards; Public management and administration; Relationship management. **Skills needed**: Numeracy; Literacy; Computer Literacy; Language skills; Project Management; Legal Administration; Strategic planning; Planning and Organising.
- Remuneration**R 444 036 per annum (Level 9)**
