**Job Summary**: A Boutique Real Estate business seeking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant with Real Estate experience to look after two of their Directors.

Our client is a Real Estate brokerage and investment advisory business, offering expertise in disposals and acquisitions, rental, and portfolio management as well as project management. With a vision to become the leading residential asset managers intercontinentally in the next 10 years; they are looking to appoint a dynamic, hands-on Executive Assistant to look after two of the company's Directors.

Spending your day between the office and site meetings you will be the Directors' right-hand man assisting them with both business and personal tasks. Not a normal run of the mill Executive Assistant, you will get involved in every function of the business, assisting the Directors with the roll out of executive tasks. Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:

- Keeping track of all incoming requests and tasks and delegating and/or fulfilling them when possible.
- Scheduling meetings and managing two Directors' diaries.
- Drafting of correspondence.
- Administrative tasks such as planning travel (flights, accommodation and transport), drawing up legal documents etc.
- Coordinating events and speaking engagements.
- Project management and support of projects being rolled out by the Directors.
- Engaging with different departments in support of Directors' projects.

The successful incumbent will have the following skills, experience and education:

- At least 2 years' experience in the Real Estate Industry (essential)
- At least 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role. (essential)
- A relevant qualification in Business Management/Real Estate/Law or any related field. (preferred)
- A valid driver's license. (essential)
- In possession of a vehicle. (preferred)
- Based within a 5 km of the Cape Town CBD (essential)
