Group Human Capital Administration Manager

**Minimum requirements for the role**:
- Must have a Degree in Business or Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 10 years experience in human resource administration of which 8 years is in a managerial capacity managing multiple companies across a group will be required
- Must have solid payroll and HR best practice experience
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including the applicable legislation (e.g. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, etc.) are important
- Hands-on experience with Human Resource system/software and related technologies, such as SAP SuccessFactors is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and strong presentation skills are important
- International experience within the HR administration environment will be a distinct advantage
- Developing, reviewing and maintaining all Human Capital (HC) Administrative processes, including Visio flows, Standard Operating Procedures and Works Instructions.
- Leading HC administration process optimisation, enhancement, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring compliance against processes and legislation.
- Delivering quality and timeous support services to other HC functions.
- Managing the processing of all employee life-cycle administrative processes.
- Managing the monthly input process end to end globally for all employee transactions.
- Ensuring documentation systems are in place and up-to-date and aligned to POPIA requirements as well as any other international requirements.
- Ensuring HC documentation is safe guarded and confidentiality maintained at all times.
- Maintaining compliance to HC policies and procedures at all times.
- Providing timeous and accurate exception and performance reporting.
- Performing appropriate capacity planning and modelling through time and motion studies ensuring equal work distribution.
- Conducting cycle plan management and communication where relevant to employees and/or HCBPs.
- Delivering quality support to HC Business Partners and the HCSS & IS management team.
- Ensuring up to date SLA for all HC Administrative services, including nuances required per country / business.
- Managing all employee / HCBP queries with the required SLA timeframe internationally.
- Ensuring expenditure is aligned to budget and that all financial reporting is done timeously with relevant reconciliations.
- Managing relationships and ensuring contracts are in place and compliant.
- Ensuring that the administrative part of system performs as required and escalated to relevant specialist when needed.
- Ensuring performance contracts for the team are in place with regular engagements.
- Providing individual development plans for subordinates and obtaining approval for all necessary training.
- Developing skills Matrix for the HC Administration team with relevant interventions where required being actioned.
- Promoting and sustaining motivational levels, productivity and performance.
