**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12.
- Code EC Driver's license.
- Certificate in Road Transport will be advantage.
- 2 years experience in a fleet environment.
- Basic Supervisory experience.
**Primary Duties**:
- Transport Management.
- Financial Management.
- Human Resource Management.
- Employment Equity.
- Administration Services.
- Operations.
**Knowledge**:
- Relevant experience in a Transport Environment.
- Working knowledge of the Road Traffic Act / Legislation and AARTO
- Working knowledge of SHEQ (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001)
- Mentoring and coaching to develop staff.
**Skills**:
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office package, Maximo & SAP)
- Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
