**Key Responsibilities -**
- Lead and run all aspects of all marketing requirements for the Business Development.
- Effectively combine shopper and customer insights, and other data to develop sound customer and program strategies
- Understand requirements from partners
- Seek innovative, creative media and merchandise opportunities
- Develop copy to support projects and campaigns
- Brief agencies on artwork, printed, POS and digital support materials
- Manage the process of signing off creative within deadlines
- Update, communicate and involve marketing team and other key partners often
- Forecast requirements including stock and promotional items.
- Coordinate implementation including admin, mailing and customer service to implement campaigns
- Developing of short
- and long-term marketing campaigns.
- Assess progress and implementation, identify obstacles, problem solve and refine plans
- Measure and report performance and all marketing campaigns, assessing measures against goals and providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Oversee the brand’s online sales and development of an excellent user experience and customer journey on the web.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, loyalty programs and ensuring delivery and returns processes are effective.
- Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase Works closely with marketing to define the consumer experience and e-merchandising
- Activates the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization)
- Adapts strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverages best practices across geographies
- Ensures that the brand presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy
- Drives collaboration with technology teams and ensures continuous improvement and upgrade of the site

**Digital and Ecommerce**
- Responsible for E-Commerce plans & Budget allocation
- Analyses 3rd party data of platform execution and competitive monitoring
- Brings the team together under a clear vision
- Delivered the monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners
- Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, etc)
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners
- Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
- Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities

You are a critical quick problem solver that always seeks to develop phenomenal outcomes for everyone. You use consumer insights and analytics to develop commercial recommendations that are aligned to business and our partner requirements. You will build tailored campaigns and projects and are comfortable not to follow a cut & paste formula. Be an Excellent communicator, that actively involves, updates and drives consensus for projects.

Be Digitally savvy and curious, understand the dynamics of eCommerce. You must have an agile approach, able and willing to constantly adapt to changing realities.

Have outstanding organization skills, able negotiator, seeks to discover common ground and identify vital interests and understand underlying priorities.

**Required Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing role
- 3 years Digital / E-Commerce experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Salary negotiable based on experience

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month
