Title: Remote Marketing Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
Efficiently manage and organize administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.
Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.

**Financial Management**:
Assist in budget planning and monitoring for marketing campaigns and projects.
Track and manage expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

**Communication Coordination**:
Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Manage internal communication channels to ensure the flow of information.
Draft and edit internal and external communications as necessary.

**Content Plan Development**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive content plans for each client.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content development.
Ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and client goals.

**Marketing Assistant Supervision**:
Oversee the work of marketing assistants and provide guidance and support.
Assign tasks and projects to the marketing assistants, ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

**Client Follow-Up**:
Maintain positive relationships with clients and act as a point of contact for inquiries.
Follow up on campaign performance and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using project management and communication tools.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
