**Remote IT Support technician (Uk based)**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You’re a knowledgeable individual and have developed some great skills having worked in the technology industry, previously providing support at a 1st Line level. This means you’re pretty caught up when it comes to taking ownership of tickets allocated to you and managing them through resolution or escalation. You’re all about being able to ensure Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”) are met and so troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting a wide range of systems is just as important to you as answering queries and complaints, reporting client facing risks and customer feedback. Just as a reminder, you're not alone here, you've got a team by your side, this means you're a team player open to collaboration, ensuring personal and team objectives are achieved and will have further guidance when needed - is this the kind of growth you're looking for?

You’re well aware of what your daily duties may look like. What follows are the systems you’re able to work with and where you’ll showcase your IT skills,
- Must have experience in supporting Microsoft software (Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Server etc.)
- Basic to intermediate server and network identification and troubleshooting skills
- Contribute to and improve internal knowledgebase assets.
- Refer to internal knowledgebase, assets, internal/external resources to provide accurate solution.
- Direct unresolved issues to senior support service engineer for technical escalation.

**REQUIREMENTS**

You've got the Formal IT qualification but it’s not just about being tech savvy, if you’re wanting to learn and are willing to gain relevant qualifications and accreditations, ultimately, you’ll be developing your IT skills and we'll be happy to help you achieve this.

It’s a fast-paced environment and there is constant activity, but with your ability to prioritise, provide, work to deadlines and under pressure, your customer relations skills to understand client/client representative's concerns and requirements remain solid. Challenges are oncoming - are you ready for that?

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
