**Duties**:

- Assisting the Financial Manager in preparing Management Accounts
- Assistant and Support to Financial Manager
- Accounting reconciliations
- Excel reconciliations
- Reconciliation of monthly manufacturing and Inventory items
- Prepares internal payments
- Preparing annual audit files and liaising with Auditors
- Managing Fuel costings
- Analyze Fleet costs
- Filing & Archiving
- Checking of banking details
- Oversee creditors and Reception duties by assisting with queries
- General Administration

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Sage Evolution
- MS Office with strong excel skills
- Must hold at least a bookkeeping or accounting certificate.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounting environment

**Technical skills**:

- Self-starter
- Attention to Detail
- Strong Analytical skills
- Need to be able to problem solve independently
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and adaptability to rapid environmental changes
- Honest and be able to maintain confidentiality

**Working hours**:

- 07:30 to 16:00 Mondays to Fridays

**Salary**:
Market related
