**Job Summary**

As the General Manager at Freedom Stationery, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. You will lead a diverse team, manage resources, and drive strategic initiatives to meet our business goals.

**Strategic Leadership**:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Provide visionary leadership to align the company's mission and vision with operational activities.

Identify market opportunities and trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

**Operational Management**:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to best practices.

Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Financial Management**:
Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.

Analyze financial reports and provide insights to improve profitability and cost management.

Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.

**Business Development**:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Lead marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

**Human Resources Management**:
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of employees to build a skilled and motivated workforce.

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

Implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.

**Customer Relations**:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and services.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Monitor customer feedback and use insights to improve products and services.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

**Skills**

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

Excellent financial and operational management skills.

Proven track record in business development and sales growth.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
