**Job Introduction**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
- Banking: Collaborate with provinces to update banking profiles and effect changes on the bank.
- Banking: Collaborate with Ministries to implement changes.
- Banking: Serve as a signatory/authorizer on designated bank accounts.
- Internal control: Review all payment requisitions to ensure compliance with the procurement process and authorize requisitions.
- Internal control: Review all cash, including monthly petty cash requisitions, to ensure compliance with policy.
- Verification of beneficiary bank details to ensure accuracy.
- Insurance: Liaison with all insurers to ensure policies are up to date.
- Insurance: Handle all claims from HQ and ministries, when applicable.
- Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly reports from the banking platform.
- Capture Operational & Capex Budgets on the system for Prov & HQ.
- Cashflow Forecasts.
- Review Missions, Talents & Prefunded Card & Petty Cash bank reconciliations and Province Reconciliations.
- Submission of Monthly Executive reports (missions, talents, and remittances).
- Review Remittances.
- Obtain insurance quotes, oversee the procurement and cancellation of all company-related insurance policies, and handle insurance claims.
**Requirements**:
- Accounting degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office, with Pastel knowledge considered a decisive advantage.
- Strong communication and administration skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient in data capturing.
- Effective administration skills.
- Valid work permit or South African ID is a must.
- Good references are required.
