Responsible for selling telecommunications products - including voice, internet, and data services - to the corporate market. Primary focus of the role is on prospecting for leads and securing new business.

**Minimum Requirements**
- 2 years + experience in sales
- Exposure to the telecoms industry (voice, internet, data solutions)
- Grade 12
- A sales hunter with a deep passion for sales, business development, customer service, and client engagement is required for this role
- Solution sales or similar background/experience an advantage
- Sales/Marketing qualification would be advantageous

**Daily/Monthly Tasks**
- Sell telecommunications products and services to corporate companies
- Sell VoIP for corporate technology and communications systems
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Keep abreast of current technology trends
- Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking, and referrals to obtain appointments
- Write and submit accurate orders
- Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality workmanship
- Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status
- Capture and review any competitive intelligence gathered and proactively communicate this information to marketing
- Define personal and corporate revenue objectives
