Stock Controller and Admin Clerk

Restaurant situated in Bree Street looking for an honest, reliable back of house administrator.
They will undertake administrative and stock control tasks.
Requirements and skills:
- minimum 2 years admin experience
- familiarity with Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
- matric certificate
- previous or relevant hospitality experience is an advantage
what this job entails:
- handling correspondence, and answering phone calls.
- managing and ordering office supplies as well as ordering supplies for other departments within the restaurant.
- able to maintain relationships between the business and suppliers.
- scheduling meetings.
- monthly stock done
- weekly reports to be sent off
- capturing of invoices.
**Experience**:
- Admin: 2 years (required)
