**About us**

We sell products, and those products find their way onto our website courtesy of our highly skilled sales team. Every so often the team needs coordination and organisation.

We're looking for a red-hot individual with drive and strong admin skills to fill this assistant role.

**About you**

Your sharp eye and organisation skills are trumped only by your excellent communication and time management.

You are able to use your initiative and are adaptable by nature. You're a multi-tasking wizard and you love pushing your abilities to the limit by tackling new challenges head-on.

**Salary**

Market-related, based on experience.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide support and assistance to the Junior Merchandising Manager.
- Maintaining relationships with the sales team and understanding the processes relating
to their work roles.
- Ability to understand and work in the ODO backend platforms. Magento and Sailthru.
- Work with sales data from multiple brands and products and be able to interpret this
information in order to make informed decisions.
- Ensure effective interdepartmental communication within ODO, mostly between sales
and marketing teams.
- Understand the many aspects of the business and departments and how they
connect.
- Curating, testing and scheduling newsletters.
- Pulling stats and information from Tableau and Google Analytics for weekly and
monthly presentations.

**Requirements / skills / technical competencies**:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Driven and able to take the initiative to complete tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to keep to tight deadlines and manage your time effectively
- Has an interest in e-commerce & knowledge of brands in the marketplace.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Highly organised and able to plan ahead.
- Flexible and agile under pressure.
- Happy to work both in a team and alone.
- A relevant degree in commerce, marketing or similar is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Any experience with Tableau, Google Analytics and Sailthru will be beneficial.
- Have an interest in sales and marketing.
- Ability to research and identify trends in the market and implement those within the
business from a day-to-day sales perspective.
