**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Resolve daily queries concerning:
- Online buy journey assistance
- Installations & activations
- Upgrades
- Credit vetting
- Investigate billing queries and reporting for resolution
- Reporting: Assist with reporting of daily connections, build progress, GoR progress etc.
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
**Job Knowledge**:
- Up to 1-2 years experience (with Matric) in FTTx/ICT industry but specifically to Customer Care Admin or commercial environment
OR
- 6 months experience with 3yr Degree/Diploma
- Interpersonal Skills
- Computer skills hi proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Siebel & MSPI
- Problem solving skills
- Stress tolerance
- Planning, executing on results and delivery
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Matric
- FTTx/ICT Knowledge
- Specific Knowledge of Vodacom FTTx products and tariffs
**Understanding of FTTx/ICT Market
