**1. Production Manager**

- 2 years or above is preferred
- **Qualifications**_
- Postgraduate or above

**Skills Required**:

- **Production Schedules**: Creating and managing production schedules. Develop detailed plans to ensure that deadlines are met.
- **Leadership**:The ability to manage teams and oversee production processes.
- **Communication**:The ability to communicate business goals and targets to team members.
- **Problem solving**:The ability to quickly identify the root cause of problems and implement solutions.
- **Project management**:The ability to plan, initiate, execute, and close projects.
- **Organizational skills**:The ability to manage time effectively and handle administrative tasks.
- **Budgeting**:The ability to create, track, analyze, and forecast budgets.
- **Quality assurance**:The ability to ensure products meet safety and quality requirements.
- **Strategic planning**:The ability to set objectives, develop strategies, and monitor progress.

Other skills that the production manager should possess: include confidence, technical skills, interpersonal skills, IT skills, and numerical skills.

**2. Cameraman**
- Provide a concise CV detailing educational qualifications and years of experience in videography.

**Experience**
- 2 years or above is preferred

**Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate or above

**Skills Required**:

- **Technical knowledge**: Understand how to use cameras, lenses, lighting, and sound equipment
- **Visual storytelling**: Be able to capture the right shots and angles to convey a story
- **Creativity**: Think outside the box to come up with creative solutions
- **Communication**: Be able to listen, take direction, and give feedback professionally
- **Multitasking**: Be able to watch, listen, think quickly, and problem solve while carrying out technical tasks
- **Concentration**: Be patient and maintain focus over long shoots
- **Physical fitness**: Be able to carry and operate heavy equipment for long periods of time
- **Organizational skills**: Know where to position cameras for each recording session

Cameramen may work on a variety of productions, including studio programs, television series, motion pictures, youtube videos etc.

**2. Editor**
- Provide a concise CV detailing educational qualifications and years of experience in video editing.

Experience
- 2 years or above is preferred

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate or above

**Skills**:

- **Attention to detail**:Editors need to be able to identify and correct minor errors in spelling, punctuation, and capitalization.
- **Communication**:Editors need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and customers.
- **Time management**:Editors need to be able to meet deadlines and produce great work, even though they may have the flexibility to set their own hours.
- **Collaboration**:Editors often need to collaborate with other team members to edit an article.
- **Writing**:Editors need to be able to develop content that fits within the publication's editorial guidelines.
- **Grammar skills**:Editors need to be experts in grammar and writing techniques.
- **SEO**:Editors can use search engine optimization (SEO) to generate story ideas that will engage readers.
- **Adobe Photoshop**:Editors can use Adobe Photoshop to enhance images and create designs.

Other skills that editor should possess include: Understanding the context of content, Assessing the effectiveness of content, Providing feedback to improve content quality, and Researching what readers may find interesting.
