GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as an internal organizational development consultant for various divisions within the company. Consulting services include formal needs assessments, establishing objective performance outcome goals and measures, providing tailored education, training, or development solutions toward desired performance outcomes and partnering with management to ensure performance has been improved and sustained.
- Researches, develops and facilitates training programs in leadership and professional curriculums for employees and managers at all levels of the company.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in organizational and/or leadership development or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Significant expertise in facilitating adult learning and group dynamics
- In-depth formal assessment processes, consulting services and I measurement practices
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Possess a thorough understanding of current human resources law and practice

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION

Entry level professional role. Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency. Organize, conduct, and evaluate internal training programs. Select or create materials and appropriate delivery methods for programs on a variety of topics, e.g., new employee orientation, job skills training, or performance appraisals. Work under general supervision from manager. May consult with senior peers on certain projects. Moderate skill set. Typically requires three to five years of experience.
