**1.** **Company Introduction**

In 1996, Hisense officially entered the South African market with product lines covering televisions, refrigerators, mobile phones, washing machines, air conditioners, and other products. Its sales channels covered over 5,100 stores within South Africa and radiated to more than 10 surrounding countries in Southern Africa, such as Namibia, Zambia, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe.

From 2012 to the present, Hisense's product sales in the South African market have been increasing year by year. As of 2019, Hisense's refrigerators had a sales volume share of 29% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue also at 26% and ranking first. Hisense's televisions had a sales volume share of 26% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue at 24% and ranking second.

**Primary Responsibility**

1. Responsible for effective planning of service needs based on past consumption and future demand.

2. Responsible for planning, execution, measurement and control to ensure availability of Spare Parts with defined product specifications.

3. Responsible for ensuring top line and bottom line for the business through spare parts availability.

4. Responsible for end-to-end Service Parts Lifecycle Management.

**Spare-Part Management**

1. Ensure parts availability metrics are exceeded as a core strategy to increase customer delight.

2. Assess spare parts requirement and undertake spare parts planning from local as well as overseas vendors.

3. Actively communicate the spare parts products and inform changes and updates to all stakeholders

4. Ensure assembly and service warranty requirements are met by the lowest possible time.

**Hub Management**

1. Responsible to maintain the inventory of the spare parts and ensure that there is a healthy supply in the hub.

2. Maintaining 6S standard in the Hub

3. Managing Spare Parts forecasting, procurement and stocking activities optimal.

4. To be responsible for all the dispatches of Spare parts all over SA.

5. Manage smooth logistics and minimize order to delivery lead time

6. Responsible for executing programs that ensure continuous improvement in key customer focused processes for a consistent and delightful brand experience through a service differential approach.

**Store Management**

7. Developing the key channel partners in spare parts business throughout the country

8. Liaising with the suppliers for the procurement of Spare Parts.

9. Ensuring optimum utilization of spare parts and maintains optimum level of inventory.

**Cost Management**

1. Monitor the prices of the spare parts & correct them in material master record.

2. Managing Courier cost within budget and best delivery TAT

**Team Management**

1. Recruiting, selecting, orienting and training store employees

2. Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity.

5+ Years of experience

bachelor's degree/Diploma

**Salary will be depended on experience and education details.**

License/Certification:

- Code 8 (preferred)
