**Job description**

National Emergency Response company is looking to recruit a _**Stock Administrator.**_

**Responsibilities**
- Check computerized system if stock was costed and dated correctly
- Check that stock on the computerized system job book balances
- Check that stock on job book matched costing - item QTY
- Stock counting/ check that all stock requests and stock return balances with the delivery notes.
- Capture all delivery notes on Pastel and Opus correctly.
- Capture delivery note on the delivery note register.
- Follow up on outstanding queries daily.
- Identifying discrepancies in item QTY.
- Compile and update the excel sheets
- Review the cost of accuracy.
- Follow up with Specialized Projects Team for any inconsistencies.
- Resolve all queries between the expected schedules and Opus.
- Capture the opening balances for stock movement at the beginning of every month.
- Liaise with creditors and procurement department for all costings.
- Assist stock and asset manager queries related to stock and warehouse invoice.

**Requirements and skills**
- Matric
- Stock reconciliation, administration, and stock controller in computerized environment
- Work experience computer literacy
- Experience with Sage Evolution preferred or similar.
- Intermediate Excel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
