Key Responsibilities: As the Reservations & Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing reservations for guesthouses and apartments, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.
- Handling guest inquiries, providing information, and offering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinating administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and providing support to guests during their stay.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Generating reports and maintaining accurate records of reservations and administrative activities.
- Handling general office duties and providing administrative support as needed.
