JOB TITLE - ICT PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed Business Case, Budget Approval documentation, Reports, Presentations on Project activities, status and roll out plan and Project Plans, Charters etc.
- Define project deliverables and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Oversee and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes and unforeseen challenges.
- Ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
- Gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and addressed.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately.
- Monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within the approved budget.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving conflicts and promoting collaboration.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and stored appropriately for future reference.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet organizational standards and requirements.
- Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT project management or a similar role in the Hospitality industry
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex ICT projects successfully.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of ICT systems, infrastructure, and software development processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
