**Job Description**:
Derivco Cape Town is seeking a Service Portfolio Manager (Senior Leader IT Operations) for our Player Experience business unit, a critical role for a strong leader.

This position is central to us delivering ground-breaking software products and services, facilitating exceptional gameplay and payment solutions within the iGaming industry.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you'll collaborate closely with peers whose portfolios are at the forefront of product creation, ensuring seamless transition and operational excellence in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership Collaboration: Work as part of a senior leadership team, aligning the service portfolio with the strategic objectives of product creation teams. This role demands a leader who can seamlessly integrate efforts, ensuring the successful deployment and support of products in production.
- Strategic Facilitation: Empower the portfolio’s strategic direction by fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your leadership will ensure that operational activities are fully aligned with the broader goals of the Player Experience business unit and Derivco as a whole.
- Technical Insight and Decision-Making: Utilize a strong technical foundation to understand and evaluate proposals from teams, ensuring decisions support strategic objectives and operational excellence.
- Relationship Management and Collaboration: Build and maintain robust relationships within the senior leadership team and across the organization. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the success of cross-functional initiatives and projects.
