Property24 has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, driven and ambitious Customer Relationship Manager.

You must have a can-do, mature attitude and be willing to go the extra mile. Must be able to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers and resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Property24 products and establish a strong brand and product presence in your allocated area
- Create and manage a sales pipeline in combination with calling programme
- Build relationships with existing and new customers
- Reach individual sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Matric, relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales
- Proven sales track record
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing and negotiations skills
- Self-motivator
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Persuasiveness and selling ability
- Strong achievement orientation
- Self-discipline

**Remuneration**:

- Market related basic salary plus monthly commission
- Fuel and cellphone allowance
- Use of company laptop
