**Finance Business Partner;** you will be responsible for supporting the companies operations by providing financial and administrative support and maintaining office processes.

As a
**Finance Business Partner, **you will responsible for the following:

- Provide strategic advice and direction to the General Manager and executive management team
- Prepare business plans, reports, documents, and collateral as required
- Streamline vendor payment processes and improve the financial health of the company
- Act as the primary support person for month, quarter and year-end financial activities
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, cost accounting, inventory accounting and revenue recognition
- Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks
- Measuring company performance against external and internal benchmarks
- Identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs
- Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities
- Collaborate with the payroll group to ensure that all deductions and payroll activities are compliant with payroll laws

**Qualifications**:

- CA(SA)

**Skills**:

- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- **SAP would be beneficial**:

- **Willing to travel into Africa**
