As **Talent Acquisition Specialist,** you will source, interview and follow the employment process to completion. The role includes building relationships, keeping abreast of recruitment trends and driving innovative solutions to source the best talent.

**Requirements**:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage job postings on social media using niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Ensure quality responses from ads
- Help build a talent pipeline to create applicant pools and talent pipelines
- Improvement and expanding of the Faircape brand
- Manage and ensure accurate input on the internal HR Tracking system
- Monitor and interpret Acquisition Data to identify trends and suggest and implement actions where required
- Work closely with Managers to assess talent requirements
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with recruitment agencies, university placement staff and other partners

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification, e.g. Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration Degree or relevant field is advantageous

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition positions
- Proven work experience as Recruitment Specialist or Recruitment Consultant
- Hands on experience with social media and other professional networks, Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Computer literate (experience in Google Drive, Sheets and Docs preferable)
- A sound understanding of and experience using social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. as a recruitment method
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized, flexible and efficient
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a quick thinker
- Ability to prioritise and follow-through and manage workload and deadlines effectively
- Team player

**Specific Requirements**:

- Clear health record

- Contactable references
- Have a reliable vehicle with valid driver's licence

We are currently looking for someone to fill a 6 month contract.

Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi time between 07h00 and 18h00.

We offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.

With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont, Faircape offers a market-related salary from R 25 000.00 Cost to Company per month.
