Reporting to the MD, our client is seeking a seasoned HR professional who understands the benefits of partnering with the business from an advisory perspective and executing HR strategies linked to broader business goals. Provide guidance on human capital best practice and strategic support services to the various Business Units/Divisions in the Cape region. You will also act as an employee champion and change agent, and responsible for driving the values and culture of the organisation.

This role offers extensive scope to provide support on a range of human resources functions in accordance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements. It is essential that you have gained your experience within the manufacturing sector. Extensive wage negotiation experience and driving change management initiatives at all levels in the organisation are essential. Additionally, you will have a thorough understanding of working within a matrix organisation and continuously reinforce group-wide initiatives.

Essential Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a generalist in a management role
- Manufacturing sector experience essential
- Good working knowledge of HR legislative requirements
- Industrial relations experience
- Wage negotiations - SATU experience
- VIP payroll admin experience
