Our client is a Leader in the Telecommunications Industry and has operations throughout Africa and the Middle East. They are leading the charge towards a Digital world.
The business requires a CVM Technical Implementation Lead.

MISSION and CORE PURPOSE of the JOB:
Integration Specialist
- CVM Technology drives a collection of work (i.e. epics, projects) and understands the holistic business outcome to establish, organize and direct individual sub-projects within their specified domain.
- Must have experience in implementing Telco CVM cloud solutions.
- Cloud implementation
- Previous experience on the field of digital marketing, marketing automation, multi-channel campaign orchestration

CONTEXT:

- To mature CVM capabilities by delivering a world class CVM CMS suite.
- Maturing CVM strategy through Oracle Marketing Cloud platform to drive the building of efficient and fit-for
- purposed CVM technology.
- Integrate the Oracle Marketing Cloud into THE COMPANY’s ecosystem.
- Enable business use cases across the full Oracle Suite.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

- Own and manage the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of a program in alignment with the business objectives.
- Maintain an understanding of how underlying project success factors relate to the broader program and drive business results.
- Communicate with key stakeholders on status, risks, and accomplishments to ensure successful delivery of the entire solution.
- Primary team member responsible for conducting and managing conversations with the customer on program / projects.
- Ensures technology requests, projects & programs follow established technology governance policies and processes.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience and Experience): Education:

- BSC / Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Oracle Marketing Cloud or any other marketing suite Certification.
- Project Management Certification

**Experience**:

- 5+ years consistent work experience covering CVM functions in telecommunication with global project rollout experience.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively establish and maintain strategic working relationship with peers and constitutes at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate analysis, technical and problem-solving skills using critical and innovate thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a Project team.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently on multiple integration tasks with a fast paced team and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Good technical knowledge of cloud network and security protocols.
- Good understanding of design patterns and SOA reference architectures.
- Understanding of Data base testing methodologies.
- Working technical experience with Oracle Products and direct hands-on Testing experience with related to Oracle Products.
- Exposure to & understanding of Oracle Cloud technology.
- Advance and effective verbal, written and communication skills.

Competencies:

- Participate, Influence, and conduct meetings with colleagues, SI, and vendors to ensure effective technical delivery is on track as per project plan milestones.
- Participate in performance management and agree action points.
- Identify and drive the data related testing decisions required to align THE COMPANY’s policies with the global solution.
- Ensure compliance with THE COMPANY’s governance, processes, and procedures.
- Custodian of the entire CVM Oracle CMS ecosystem, expert knowledge, and leading practices.
- Facilitates and provides guidance when organising forums.

- Overall leadership and guidance to the development standards in alignment with the IT strategy and goals.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development
- Possess the authority, presence, and integrity to command respect from colleagues.
- Define, build, and develop the skills of the team to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with THE COMPANY’s policies, processes, and procedures.
- Provide clear direction for release and transition activities with cross-functional programme teams.
