Impact is the global leader in Partnership Automation, working with innovative brands like Ticketmaster, Levi's, Microsoft, Airbnb, and Uber to help them manage their online affiliate, influencer, brand to brand, and content partnerships. The Impact Partnership Cloud covers the full life partnership lifecycle including onboarding, tracking ads and paying partners, recruiting for new partners, data and marketing intelligence, and protection from fraud. **Your Role at Impact**:
This role will work cross-functionally to understand the customer perspective and connect business and technical stakeholders. You can understand complex problems and break them down into solvable steps to help some of the largest companies on the planet drive partnerships.
This role is responsible for driving company value through contributing to the strategic vision, design, development, and adoption of our demand-side experience and underlying platform. The position works closely with other Product Managers and the Group lead to ensure that the team's objectives align with company strategy.
**What you'll do**:
- Perform customer research to understand customer needs and build empathy early in the product life-cycle
- Work cross-functionally to design and launch products and connect business and technical stakeholders
- Define the product direction and team priorities
- Set, track, and complete quarterly goals that are aligned with company and departmental objectives
- Coordinate the development process from a product perspective
- Create specifications for new features and epics
- Train and inform staff on new features and functionality
- Work with external third parties to assess partnership opportunities
**What You Have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in technical product management, solution architecture, or related technical roles
- Demonstrated success participating in the definition, management and launch of excellent software products
- Familiarity with web technologies and tools (e.g., JavaScript, Google Analytics, cookies)
- Experience in a relevant field (e.g., Digital Analytics, Performance Marketing, Privacy, Web Development, API Development, etc.)
- Familiarity or experience within the finance domain (eg Accounting, Payments) would be extremely advantageous.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with SQL and other analytics software
