Ad hoc administration duties
Filing
Capturing Staff hours from timesheets
Other administrative duties as required
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Stationary & Grocery order.
Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies.
Responsible for maintaining office security and communicating with the security guards if needed.
Working Hours
7am-5pm Monday to Friday (No weekend or after-hours work)
Ideally the individual will be fully bilingual.
The position will report directly to the director.
