**Qualifications and Experience**
- Grade 12 with Math’s (HG) & Science (HG) with a passing rate of 60 % - non - negational
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advance), with the ability to manipulate and format data effectively. This will be tested.
- 3 years’ experience working on Excel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convert ageings into the designated Excel format to facilitate seamless data integration.
- Import converted data accurately and efficiently into our in-house system, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
- Provide administrative support to the data analysts, ensuring smooth operations throughout the reporting cycle.

**Skills and attributes**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring precise data conversion and importation.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with the data analysis team.
- Data Security Awareness: Understanding of data security principles and the ability to follow data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new data management tools and technologies as needed.
