A bit about the team and what you'll deliver..._**
Reporting to the Commercial Director, MEA, we are looking for a **Partnerships Manager** to join the team in South Africa. You will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between the company and its partners, facilitating effective communication and managing our existing regional partnerships. You will establish and nurture new partner relationships and ensure that partner strategies align with company goals and objectives for mutual benefit.
As a **Partnerships Manager** your key responsibilities will include:
- ** Managing Existing Partnerships**: Overseeing current partner relationships to ensure they are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the company's objectives.
- ** Developing New Partnerships**: Identifying, recruiting, and negotiating deals with new partners to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
- ** Collaborating Cross-Functionally**: Working with sales, marketing, product, and development teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- ** Driving Partner Engagement**: Creating and implementing strategies to engage partners, including onboarding, training, and co-marketing campaigns, to maximize mutual benefits.
- ** Monitoring Performance**: Tracking and analysing partnership performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Strategic partner prospects and where applicable support the establishment of these relationships.

**Experience**
- preferred experience in Security products and / or telecom devices/ services
- demonstrable Partner Management experience at a Technology company
- Relevant Industry experience
- Background in Sales, Business development or Customer success
- Experience in managing projects or coordinating cross-functional teams.
